To maintain a welcoming and efficient environment, please review our salon policies below: Appointments & Walk-ins • Appointments: We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. • Walk-ins: Walk-ins are always welcome and will be accommodated based on availability. Arrival • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Refunds & Redos • Services: We do not provide refunds on services but are happy to fix any issues within 3 days of your visit. • Products: Returns or exchanges on products are accepted if unused and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Health & Safety • For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your service. • We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with state regulations. Children Policy • Children under 12 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. • For safety reasons, please ensure children do not run or play in the salon area. Payment • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Please note that gratuities in cash are appreciated.
